We wish to complement our existing team with an experienced Leading Hand / Labourer within our Fulton Hogan Utilities business. In this role you'll be responsible for:

Assist Site Supervisor and take ownership of jobs from commencement to completion Engage, coordinate & manage Fulton Hogan employees and sub-contractors on job sites Communicate with site team to program and track the progress of jobs Attend & contribute to meetings Dispute / issue resolution, as required Ensure all inspections & other relevant documentation is signed off Ensure company HSE policies are followed at all times.

How you'll connect to the role:

Building trade / construction qualification or relevant industry experience Excellent organisational, time management and communication skills Basic computer skills Ability to build effective relationships & be empathetic to the needs of the client Positive attitude, sound work ethic & self-motivated Comfortable working autonomously with minimal supervision Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities Valid Driver’s License (MR minimum) Operator tickets and proficiency with Excavator and Telehandler Alignment with our values of Respect, Energy & Effort, Attitude & Leadership Adopting and driving Fulton Hogan’s Living Safely Culture.
