Your Role
As the Team Leader - Food Services you'll be looking after the most important people in our organisation - our patients and residents.

Your tasks will include: 

Accountability for the provision of high-quality food and associated catering servicesResponsibility for planning and monitoring services to ensure the delivery of services is responsive to the changing needs and demographics of patients/residents and environmentSupervising and monitoring a team of up to ten staffUndertaking the following duties with your team members working on the plating lineserving meal trays and trolley collection throughout the facilityundertaking morning & afternoon tea runs throughout the facilityworking on the wash up line & associated cleaning tasks Completing required food safety plan documentation

Role Requirements

Be vaccinated (and maintain up-to-date vaccinations) against Influenza and Covid-19Current Police Screening CertificateAbility to work within schedules and time framesPrevious experience with kitchen workCertificate in Food Handling, Hospitality or equivalent experience would be an advantage
