About the Role:

  • Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time to suit your lifestyle, with above award rates and flexible scheduling.
  • Location: Set in a lovely, beachside community, welcoming up to 30 children each day.
  • Key Focus: Foster a caring environment, creating play-based learning experiences guided by the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

About You:
This role is ideal for educators who bring warmth, patience, and a collaborative spirit to their work.

  • Passionate about working with children and helping them grow through play.
  • Skilled in effective communication to engage with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Eager to build strong connections and contribute to a positive team environment.
  • Hold a Cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or actively working towards one).

Child Safeguarding: 
 
Looking for an individual that will understand, adhere to, and promote The National Principles for Child Safe Organisations (the Child Safe Standards). In your position, you will help to take action to promote child wellbeing and prevent harm to children and young people. 
 
Child safeguarding methods for this position, include, but are not limited to:  

  • A NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC) or willingness to obtain. 
  • Thorough screening. 
  • Reference checks. 
  • A national criminal history check.
