About the Role
As the Treasury Operations Manager, you will manage all aspects of the Treasury Operations function, ensuring it operates efficiently and effectively, working closely with the Tabcorp Finance team and the broader Tabcorp Group.
- Manage the Group cash position and Treasury operations
- Maintain cash liquidity, invest cash as appropriate, and execute investment strategies that comply with investment policy.
- Review and authorise work prepared by Treasury team members, including journals and reconciliations.
- Regularly review and refine Treasury Policy and present updates for board approval.
- Review and maintain cash flow models, cash balances and cash forecasts to identify investment opportunities, and repayment and drawdown of debt.
- Approve bill purchases within specified authority limits.
- Prepare and review Treasury related statutory accounting notes and analysis.
- Complete bank covenant calculations for debt portfolio.
About You
- Tertiary qualification in relevant discipline
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA)
- Prior supervisory / management experience
- Previous broad financial management experience (10+ years)
- Experience working in a shared services environment or similar
- General knowledge of IFRS related to Treasury instruments
- Experience with Treasury operations
