We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented AO2 Administrative Officer to join our client located in their Brisbane CBD Office. This role provides vital support to Client Liaison Officers and ensures the efficient processing of client-related documentation and correspondence.

  • Located in Brisbane CBD, Queensland
  • Pay rate - $38 + p/h + superannuation
  • Please note this role is a temporary assignment through Hoban recruitment

About the role

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Short-term role may be for up to approx. 6 weeks, pending business requirements.
  • Process and scan incoming correspondence, including client bills and invoices, ensuring accurate identification and matching to the correct client.
  • Regularly handle Notices of Intention, ensuring accurate data entry into the Client Information Management System.
  • Assist in the daily processing of wills and Enduring Powers of Attorney.
  • Provide general administrative support, including photocopying, filing, mail handling, and other tasks as directed by the manager.
  • Utilise information systems for service delivery, including word processing and spreadsheets.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to a high-performing, customer-focused team environment.
  • Other duties as required.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in using administrative systems, including word processing and spreadsheet software.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • A proactive and team-oriented approach to work.
  • Previous experience in an office environment or similar administrative role is highly desirable.
  • Able to pass and maintain a clear criminal history check
  • Must have Full Australian Working Rights.
