The venue is known for Weddings, Events and has one of the Peninsula's most respected Restaurants.
Over the years the team have worked tirelessly to design menus that push culinary boundaries, showcasing the best of the Peninsula's ingredients in a beautiful restaurant.

Traveller's of all sorts come and go, from small groups heading down the coast  for the weekend, to locals in the area popping in for a wine with friends.

As a Chef de Partie you will know how to run a section whilst supporting a proven Head Chef whilst guiding a small kitchen team across a 80 seater restaurant that is busy most days of the week. 

The candidate who will flourish in this position will have a desire to progress to higher levels and will welcome professional development.

The candidate

  • Previous Chef de Partie experience in a contemporary dining venue is preferred
  • A Chef who understands the balance between quality and volume
  • Natural team player that will guide teammates through the busiest of services
  • You prefer a type of service that is not uptight, instead very relaxed and inviting to talk with guests at the table
  • Standout communication skills, confident reporting up, and possess a can-do personality
