We are looking for a Registered Nurse to join our Research Team at Ramsay Clinic Albert Road in Melbourne
- Full-time, 12-month contract

About the Role
Joining our team across the Clinical Trials and Research program, you will work closely with our Research Unit Manager and other members of the team on our current research projects.
This is a great opportunity to work alongside our Principal Investigators, Sponsors, Research Coordinators and Hospital Management to be a dynamic member of the multidisciplinary research team.
As a member of our clinical team your key responsibilities will include patient recruitment and assessments, data and specimen collection, research document management and other research unit tasks.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring a strong clinical skillset as a trained Nurse with experience in providing care in the area of mental health preferred. You will demonstrate high organisational, administrative and time management skills and ability in problem-solving, priority setting and working to tight deadlines.
You will also bring:
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered or Endorsed Enrolled Nurse.
- Venepuncture training and/or experience
- Experience in sample collecting
- Experience performing ECG and vital sign monitoring
- Demonstrated experience and ability to conduct patient interviews.
- Demonstrated understanding of clinical trials methodology and knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (ICH-GCP) requirements is desirable
Remuneration
A base hourly rate ranging from $34.39 - $48.74 + superannuation, based on experience and qualifications, exclusive of allowances (RHC VIC Nurses EA).

The Hospital
Ramsay Clinic Albert Road is a dedicated mental health care facility in the heart of Melbourne.
We offer acute inpatient services, neurostimulation services and a wide range of day and community programs for people requiring treatment for mood and anxiety disorders, psychosis, addictions, trauma, and post-traumatic stress disorder. We take a holistic approach to care, providing individualised support that is delivered by a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
Requirements
- Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
- According to the role, Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases, which may include Covid-19.
