Dash Group is seeking experienced Civil Allrounders to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on civil construction sites, including but not limited to excavation, site preparation, site maintenance, concrete work, and general civil labouring duties.

As a Civil Allrounder, you will engage in a versatile role primarily responsible for civil labouring efforts on the ground but also operating machinery when needed. The position requires physical strength, stamina, and the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.

$33-38 p/h + Superannuation 

Sunshine Coast
Responsibilities:

  • Assist with excavation and site preparation activities.
  • Perform manual labour tasks such as digging, heavy lifting, and carrying materials.
  • Assist with concrete pouring, finishing, and curing.
  • Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
  • Follow all safety procedures and protocols on the construction site.
  • Operate mobile plant - Excavators, Skid steers, Rollers, Loaders etc. 
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to complete projects on schedule.

Qualifications:

  • White Card
  • Previous experience as a civil labourer. 
  • Ability to perform physical labour tasks and lift heavy objects.
  • Basic knowledge of civil construction procedures and processes.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Physical fitness & a Strong work ethic.
  • Ability to adhere to general and site-specific health and safety procedures and protocols.
  • Tickets (excavator, roller, skid steer, loader etc.)
