About the Role
This full-time, permanent position as a Business Analyst is centered around engaging with clients to understand and document their requirements for new functionalities and implementations. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in liaising between clients and the company's central team to ensure the development of necessary requirements and support throughout the implementation process. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading the planning, scope definition, and objective setting for projects.
  • Crafting and managing detailed project schedules and work plans.
  • Collaborating with customers and internal teams for insight on future product enhancements.
  • Developing business cases for new functionalities, including high-level requirement documentation.
  • Facilitating workshops and training sessions with stakeholders.
  • Acting as the primary liaison between the customer and product management teams.

About You:

  • You have at least 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Implementation Consultant.
  • Your analytical skills are strong, enabling you to effectively identify business needs and requirements.
  • You possess extensive IT skills, with in-depth experience in business analysis within IT solution development.
  • Your communication skills are exceptional, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • You're familiar with project management software, Agile methodologies, and possess a good understanding of SQL.
  • You're open to travel, adaptable to working with international clients, and passionate about continuous improvement and customer service.
