Due to our continued success and growth, we are currently recruiting a Production Front Line Manager for our Night Shift.
The successful candidate will be a proactive supervisor with an enthusiastic approach to leadership.
Details:
Tingalpa location.
Night shift – Sunday-Thursday 10:30pm-6:30am.
Team Size - up to 40 team members.
Full Time Permanent position.
Selection Process: Formal Interview - Site Tour and technical assessment – Online Assessment – Background and Pre-Employment Medical Checks – Decision.
Key responsibilities include:
Manage all processing and packaging personnel.
Achieve safety, quality, service, AOP cost, people and sustainability objectives.
Lead the development and implementation of site performance and continuous improvement plans.
Coach and develop team members.
Requirements for the role:
Previous experience in a similar FMCG position which includes knowledge on manufacturing best practice.
Well-developed people leadership, change management and team building skills with exposure to performance management processes.
Previous experience working in a unionised workforce.
Proven ability to set and gain commitment to targets and deadlines.
Results driven and customer focussed.
