· Be confident working with KPIS and individual targets.

· Need to be open to feedback and have a willingness to develop and grow your skillset and knowledge.

  • Be Self-motivated and driven with the desire to succeed and grow.

· Go above and beyond for your team at all times.

Skills required:

· Previous experience in customer service.

· Confident in conversating and building rapport with customers.

· Have demonstrated the ability to meet and exceed KPIS and individual targets.

· A strong desire to challenge yourself to succeed & grow.
