You will be a strategic thinker leading a high-performing team, utilising your strong relationship networks and market knowledge across the local funds management and superannuation markets. This is an opportunity to help drive the future direction of a critical function within a long-established, local company, with international reach.

Key responsibilities: 

  • Evolve and execute our fund research strategy aimed at supporting advisers and their clients
  • Drive commercial performance and operational efficiency
  • Support and lead a strong team of professional research analysts
  • Apply your market experience and insights across key industry events and media opportunities
  • Proactively engage across our business and your industry networks for idea generation and new commercial opportunities

Requirements 

  • Proven track record and applied knowledge in funds management and superannuation fund research
  • Experience in strategic planning, execution, and commercial ownership
  • Effective team leadership and engagement skills 
  • Strong analytical thinking and applying strategic insight 
  • Established personal networks within our target markets
