The client
Our client is a very reputable & successful Property Group, who work across the Residential, Commercial and Retail space across the country.
The role
They currently require an experienced Centre Administrator who has ideally worked within the retail property industry to be based out onsite at one of their busy centres
- Willingness to handle all components of Reception
- Demonstrated experience with database management
- Ability to assist with high level administration including invoicing, arrears and reporting
- Liaising with contractors
- Logging incident reports and insurance
- Attending to walk in queries
Skills & experience
To be considered for this position you will ideally have previous experience within retail property industry
- Great attention to detail and accuracy
- The natural ability to present in a corporate and professional manner at all times
- Excellent written & verbal communications skills
- Exceptional time management & organisational skills
- Ability to work autonomously & within a team
