About the opportunity

We are seeking an experienced, adaptable Project Manager to lead and oversee multiple simultaneous projects in a fast paced, rapidly evolving industry. 

You will be able to shape your core project management skills of communication, collaboration, negotiation and influence - working alongside highly skilled experts to deliver priority health project outcomes.  It’s an opportunity to learn a new sector and make a real difference in the lives of Tasmanians. 

What you would be doing

You will:

  • Drive multiple health projects through effective application of project management skills
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules and budgets
  • Coordinate project resources, tasks and deliverables
  • Identify and mitigate project risks ensuring successful project completion
  • Communicate project status, issues and resolutions to stakeholders

Here's what you’ll look like

  • Proven project management skills with demonstrated successful results
  • Experience developing project planning documentation, performance reporting, and have solid financial literacy 
  • Effective communicator with the gift to engage with, and build strong, productive relationships with a variety of stakeholders 
  • You’re happy to travel if required (intrastate and interstate)
  • You’ll be a culture champion – understanding that every day, you play an important part of what makes Primary Health Tasmania a great place to work
