The Role

We are looking for a talented Pastry Chef to join the passionate team, you will be working alongside a dedicated team of 20+ chefs. If you have the following we want to hear from you: 

2+ years’ experience in a fast-paced, high-end brasserie or restaurant 

Good communication, attitude and execution 

Professionally trained and have a good knowledge of pastry techniques 

Good time management and experience making everything from scratch 

Cool, calm and collective during a busy service

If you have a passion for French cuisine and love a busy, fast-paced restaurant that prides itself on service and execution, then this is the role for you.
