Auto Electrician – (MT Data Tracking Systems & Guardian Aware Safety Systems Specialist)

Location: Based in Toowoomba at Wagners Engineering Solutions – Will involve Multiple sites across Australia (travel required).

 Position Overview:

As an Auto Electrician specializing in MT Data tracking systems and Guardian Aware safety systems, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the functionality and safety features of vehicles within our fleet.  This position involves traveling across all our Wagner workshop sites throughout Australia to install, maintain and troubleshoot these advanced systems.

 Key Responsibilities:

•         Installation: Efficiently install MT Data tracking systems and Guardian Aware safety systems in various types of vehicles, ensuring adherence to manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
•          Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance checks and system updates to ensure optimal performance and reliability of installed systems.
•          Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to MT Data tracking systems and Guardian Aware safety systems, both remotely and on-site.
•          Training: Provide training and support to workshop staff on the operation and maintenance of installed systems to ensure proper utilization and functionality.
•          Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance activities and troubleshooting procedures for reference and reporting purposes.
•          Safety Compliance: Ensure all installations and maintenance activities comply with relevant safety regulations and guidelines to uphold the highest standards of workplace safety.

 Qualifications and Skills:

•          Proven experience as an Auto Electrician with specialization in installing and maintaining MT Data tracking systems and Guardian Aware safety systems.
•          Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical diagrams, schematics and installation manuals.
•          Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex electrical systems.
•          Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively train and support workshop staff.
•          Willingness to travel extensively across various workshop sites throughout Australia.
•         Relevant certifications and licenses in auto electrical systems installation and maintenance (desired).
