About the Role
SEE Group have a great career opportunity available for a Serviceman to join our Plant and Logistics Team. This is a full-time role based out of our Yatala Workshop which will see you providing field service to our fleet of heavy plant and machinery across our projects in Southeast QLD and Northern NSW.
The Serviceman willperform effective and efficient preventative maintenance involving the repair, servicing and maintenance of plant, equipment, and light vehicle fleet. The Serviceman will also be responsible for the refuelling of the required fleet items.
Responsibilities will include: Responsible and accountable to perform quality preventative maintenance in a field environment in line with the OEM specifications to ensure the effective utilisation of company-owned plant, equipment, and light vehicles. Perform any minor repairs as required. To ensure all compliance and documentation of scheduled repairs are reported in a timing manner. Ensure lockout / tag-out systems are used in accordance with legislative requirements and company policy. Essential Skills and Attributes Background in Heavy Plant maintenance. Clear understanding of excellence in customer service. Demonstrated experience in performing various task across the working day across multi sites and locations. Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with project teams. Computer literacy, particularly experience working with Microsoft Office applications. Vehicle refrigeration licence or experience would be highly desirable. Trade Certificate – Heavy Plant or similar. Current HR Drivers Licence.
