We are currently on the lookout for Casual Style Consultants to join the Wittner team at our Hawthorn residency.

As Wittner evolves with exciting developments in sustainability and fashion-forward footwear, this role is for someone who is passionate about teamwork and the customer experience. We want individuals who live and breathe going above and beyond, delivering the exceptional customer experience for which Wittner is renowned.

The Role:

  • Assist and provide customers with exceptional service - offering suitable solutions that meet their needs
  • Display and maintain the appearance of visual merchandise in a dynamic retail environment
  • Take initiative in supporting members of the team
  • General cleaning, opening, and closing duties where required.

What you will need to be successful:

  • A strong customer experience focus with a passion for achieving results
  • A motivated and positive attitude
  • A sense of urgency and the ability to use initiative
  • Brilliant interpersonal and communication skills
