Knotwood operates as a privately held company in Stapylton, Queensland. As the demand for our products continues to rise, we require an additional Sales Estimator to join our dynamic team.

KEY OBJECTIVE

The role of Sales Estimator holds significant importance in delivering exceptional support to our customers. Candidates must possess outstanding customer service abilities and maintain a friendly yet professional phone demeanor. This position mandates prior experience in a trade industry, with proficiency in plan take-offs. The responsibilities include interpreting customer construction plans and the capability to instruct others on the assembly of our system.

- Strong negotiation and influencing skills

- A competitive and motivated drive to meet and exceed your sales target

- Technical knowledge of building products, methods, terminology, installation & details

- Strong organizational skills

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

- Answering incoming sales inquiries & emails

- Construction plan take-offs, to provide quotes to customers

- Training and working with customers on how best to use our systems

- Follow up on all sales inquiries and quotes

- Identify new and nurture existing relationships with our customer base

- Training customers to use our online software for placing orders and tracking the progress of existing orders and tracking freight

- Attend Trade shows to assist in the promotion of products

- Additional sales tasks set by the Senior Sales Estimator 

REQUIRED HOURS

38 Hours per week.

Remuneration

Salary is dependent on your skill set and experience.
