We have multiple positions available to join our vibrant team at Strathpine Dental Centre as a Full-Time Dental Assistant and are offering an exciting career path with comprehensive training provided, so no prior experience is necessary

The Role

As a Dental Assistant, you will ensure that our patients receive the highest level of care by:

  • Provide chairside assistance, anticipating the needs of dentists and patients, and ensuring a seamless dental experience.
  • Prepare treatment rooms, sterilise instruments, and ensure all equipment is in optimal condition for use.
  • Take accurate patient records, including dental histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.
  • Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to infection control protocols and safety regulations.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to empathise and connect with patients.
  • Strong time management and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software.
  • Flexible availability for some late-night shifts and Saturdays.
