The Position

You will be responsible for leading a team within our housekeeping department to ensure facilities are clean and comply with our contractual obligations. You will be a driven individual that is able to train, lead and motivate your team, working alongside with management to achieve desired results.

The Person

Experience in a similar supervisory role leading a large diverse team Commercial experience (Hotel, Mining, or Resort environment preferable) Ability to lead a successful team and have a strong sense of ownership and responsibility of the team’s overall performance Commitment and ability to drive a positive and sustainable safety culture Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create, implement and evaluate training and procedures
