On this occasion we are working to fill a reception role with one of Canberra’s leading advisory and accounting groups, Infinium Advisory. We are looking for you to be the face of the company and to breathe helpfulness, organisation and to showcase your talent to continue to make Infinium’s workplace shine.

As the bright bubbly face people first see when they walk into the beautiful and fresh space of Infinium, you are the first point of contact for the businesses. You will be responsible for managing inbound phone calls from clients, managing an email inbox, and coordinating this information to the correct contact within the office. Finally, as this is a diverse role, you will be assisting the team in all general administration duties and Ad Hoc tasks to ensure the smooth operations of the office.
To be successful for this position, you will need to demonstrate outstanding customer service and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You will present great organisational skills and the ability to think on your feet. Essentially, we are looking for a self-starter who has a warm, welcoming, and bubbly nature with a pleasant phone manner and solid computer skills.
