Responsibilities:

  • Loading and unloading deliveries in a timely manner
  • Manual order picking
  • Operating a forklift for prompt and safe stock deliveries and storage
  • General housekeeping and organization of the warehouse
  • Positively liaising with key staff

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a warehouse worker, particularly in an industrial parts environment
  • Current Forklift license
  • Familiarity with warehousing practices and methods
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Sound verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to be flexible, self-motivated, and open to training
  • Demonstrated commitment to safe work practices

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Cert III in Warehousing Operations or Logistics

Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly pay rate of $32 plus penalty rates (initially on a casual basis for 3 months)
  • A regular Day Shift schedule from 6:30 am to 2:36 pm on weekdays, with the possibility of overtime.
  • An opportunity for a permanent position after the probation period.
