We are currently seeking a Part Time Stock Take Coordinator to join our Lovisa team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing regular stock takes in our stores, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the process. This role will require weekday and weekend work with a variety of hours available.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and execute regular stock take in Lovisa stores, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the process

- Collaborate with store teams to ensure stock levels are maintained and inventory is accurately recorded

- Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all stock-taking activities

- Communicate effectively with store teams and head office regarding stock levels, inventory discrepancies, and other related matters

- Assist with inventory management tasks as required

- Maintain confidentiality of all stock-taking information and adhere to Lovisa's privacy policy

Requirements:

- Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment

- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet software for data analysis and reporting purposes

- Familiarity with retail inventory management systems is preferred but not essential

- Passion for working within a team to deliver great results

- Enthusiasm, initiative, and a commitment to Lovisa's core values

- Availability to work weekdays and weekends with a variety of hours available
