What are we looking for?

Due to substantial growth and opportunity across our firm, the National Abuse Law practice is growing. We are now seeking experienced Lawyers / Associates with proven post admission experience to join the abuse law personal injury space across our QLD and NT practice.

These rare and exciting opportunities are now available for proactive, passionate and results driven Lawyers who specialise or are keen to specialise in abuse matters. You will be working with some amazing likeminded individuals who are incredibly passionate about advocating for victims of abuse.

Your responsibilities will include: 

Instrumental in managing an Abuse practice and carry a file load Continually exploring new opportunities for your practice and developing new business Maintaining strong client relationships Exceptional negotiation skills and an ability to communicate effectively Demonstrated skills in effective network and relationship management Ability to exercise judgement and resolve problems expeditiously

What will you bring?

You will be a committed and enthusiastic individual who possesses the following:

Previous experience and a passion for Personal Injury, in particular, Abuse law Superior communication skills A calm and easy-going nature Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team Ability to handle sensitive issues and challenging issues Ability to exercise judgement and resolve problems expeditiously Demonstrated skills in effective network and relationship management An understanding and/or qualification in psychology would be highly desirable
