The Victorian Flexi Crew provides nurses with the ability to work across a number of different Healthscope Hospitals throughout Victoria and enjoy a variety of clinical experiences within our wide and diverse Healthscope Team.

We are seeking Enrolled Nurses with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, and a passion for delivering high quality patient care.

An exciting opportunity awaits those staff looking for opportunities within the acute and rehabilitation clinical setting. The Casual Staffing Team is led by a dedicated and passionate manager that will encourage and establish opportunities for clinical growth and development within the organisation.

Opportunities to participate in education programs, experience different specialties and work towards permanent positions if desired are available to the team.

Healthscope's Casual Staffing team is looking to employ ENs that are highly motivated, dedicated to the provision of exceptional nursing care and have the flexibility to work across one or a number of our acute hospitals within Melbourne. We are seeking individuals who are organised, proactive, resourceful and are willing to excel within the clinical environment.

We are seeking individuals with:

  • Current AHPRA Registration
  • Minimum of 1 years' acute clinical experience post registration

Essential criteria:

  • Current AHPRA Registration
  • Working rights within Australia
  • Current police check and current working with children's check (Employee Version)
  • Medication Endorsed - all routes (including IV)
  • Commitment to Quality Patient Care Compliance with ACQSHC National standards
  • Sound clinical decision making and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Works well independently and within a team
  • Basic computer skills

As an Enrolled Nurse your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivery of evidence based nursing care
  • Liaise with the multi-disciplinary team
  • Ensure patient and staff safety
  • Deliver education and support to individuals/patients for the management of their health recovery, rehabilitation or end of life needs
