Come and make a difference at Brown-Forman Australia as part of our dynamic Finance team. In this role you will be an integral part of the FP&A function with a focus on consolidating, reporting, analysing and communicating the performance of our business to a broad range of local and global stakeholders in order to generate and drive actionable insight. Furthermore, you will play a key role in continuous improvement of our reporting tools and architecture, and building specialised, lasting capability within our team in order to reflect a best-in-class FMCG organisation and enable the delivery of our longer term

performance ambition.

What You Can Expect

● Manage an efficient performance, planning and reporting rhythm

across the ANZPI organisation including the rolling IBP cycle, above-market

engagement cycle and annual strategic and performance planning process

● Support the FP&A Manager in generating holistic insights across the entire P&L, and leverage cross-functional relationships to discuss / gather inputs to feed into the rolling forecast, and clearly understand drivers and R&Os in order to explain the full performance story of the business

● Lead the timely and accurate update, maintenance and optimisation of a series of monthly business deliverables, including but not limited to the Performance Master, ANZPI Scorecard, Daily Sales, Day 1 commentary, IBP meeting and regional month end submissions

● Seek out and influence any key opportunities for the improvement and

transformation of our FP&A and broader business performance management

process and reporting suite (leveraging Tableau as required)

What You Bring to the Table

● Proven experience in a Finance and/or commercial role within consumer products ideally

● Proven ability to influence large groups of cross-functional stakeholders that both contribute to and require output performance, planning & reporting cycles

● Strong ability to business partner with Sales, Marketing and Finance colleagues to understand the needs of the business and opportunities for improvement as part of shaping the future

● Outstanding communication and analytical skills

What Makes You Unique

● Tertiary qualifications - Bachelor of Business/Commerce/Economics/Finance with CPA/CA advantageous

● FP&A experience, ideally within a drinks industry context

● Strong technical ability and systems experience with SAP/BW, Excel and other

relevant reporting and data management systems, Tableau experience advantageous

● Proven impact as part of continuous improvement projects
