Warehouse / Storeperson – Rockhampton

Our new branch will deliver innovative services directly to our customers, enhancing their experience and meeting evolving needs.

With a great new location and facility on the horizon, we are looking for an experienced Warehouse / Storeperson to join the team Your daily tasks will see you assisting the Workshop / Parts departments in all aspects of warehousing and distribution of truck and construction machinery parts.

This is a great opportunity to become a part of a long-standing national business servicing the transport and construction industries and to work with market-leading brands such as Volvo, SDLG, Kenworth and DAF.

Daily responsibilities: 

  • Pick and pack customer orders for collection, delivery or dispatch
  • Organise dispatch for both local and interstate freight
  • Receiving incoming freight including stock orders, and receipting into inventory system
  • Putting away incoming stock and assigning to pending customer orders
  • Liaising with multiple courier companies and adhering to courier pick up deadlines
  • Maintaining a clean and functional warehouse

Ideally, you will have:

  • Current drivers licence and forklift licence
  • Experience in a fast-paced, hands-on role
  • Experience working in a spare parts environment (advantageous)
  • Strong commitment to health and safety
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and willing to obtain a current police clearance
