An exciting opportunity has occurred for a Store Manager to join our team in Rouse Hill, NSW

As a Store Manager with Johnny Bigg, you are responsible for providing a shopping environment where our team delivers excellence in customer service. We are looking for people who truly care about our customer & are willing to go the extra mile for them. 

About You:

Have a minimum of 2 years fashion retail management experience Experience in managing a team of 3 or more Strong customer service skills Driven to achieve company set budgets and KPI’s Be analytical and have the ability to identify store opportunities Ability to lead, motivate and empower a team Strong Visual Merchandising skills and ability to think commercially and strategically for the store.  Experience in performance management, performance-based rostering and recruitments Have an interest in fashion and trends  Take pride in your personal style and presentation Work with others and also alone as this is the nature of the roster.
