Mechanical Supervisor

Our Maintenance and Industrial Services division specialises in the planning, management and execution of maintenance, shutdowns and sustaining capital works. We are currently seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced Mechanical Supervisors for upcoming works in Regional Victoria.The role of Supervisor will see you working across various multiple sites in Regional Victoria. You will carry out a wide range of tasks from planning, coordinating and supervising daily activities of work crews ensuring compliance with internal, client and legislative HSE requirements through to ensuring that the quality, production and environmental requirements of the project are met. What you will bring Minimum 3 years’ experience as a trade-based Supervisor Australian recognised Trades qualification - Mechanical Fitter Maintenance and shut down experience preferred Experience in effective planning, scheduling, management of personnel, resources and equipment to meet project requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A proven track record in effective health and safety management on site A commitment to ensuring a safe working environment Safety is at the forefront of everything we do, and we live by our promise: The safe way is the only way.
