You will be the point of contact for managing data migration initiatives, ensuring data integrity, and working closely with clients to deliver projects on time and within scope. If you are someone who is passionate about data, process improvement, and leading teams to success, this role is perfect for you.Lead end-to-end data migration projects, ensuring seamless transitions from legacy systems to modern SaaS platforms (TechOne, Civica, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, etc.).Collaborate with stakeholders to develop comprehensive data migration strategies that align with business objectives and technical requirements.Leverage your functional knowledge of SaaS systems to design and lead the development of the overall migration architecture and approach, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and data integrity.Utilize your SQL skills to analyse, map, and cleanse data, ensuring its accuracy and readiness for migration.Lead a team of data migration specialists while working closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure cross-functional collaboration.Oversee and monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring successful project outcomes while mitigating risks.Ensure adherence to data governance, compliance, and best practices throughout the migration process.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data quality, integrity, and compatibility, providing innovative solutions to challenges.Drive continuous improvement and optimization of migration methodologies, tools, and processes.How are you extraordinary? To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills & experience will include: Proven experience in data migration, (preferably from Civica to TechOne) with a focus on either ERP, SCM, HCM, EAM or Property and Rating with applications such as SAP, Oracle Fusion, or Microsoft Dynamics 365.Proficiency in SQL and experience with ETL tools.Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, resources, and deliverables.Experience leading or mentoring teams in a collaborative environment.A problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys tackling new challenges.Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex data concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Passion for continuous learning, innovation, and process improvement.Additional InformationKPMG is a professional services firm with global outreach and deep sector experience.
