Work close to home across the suburbs of Armadale, Kooyong, Malvern, Toorak, Caulfield East, Carnegie, Malvern East, Murrumbeena, Ormond
Caulfield, Elsternwick, Glen Huntly, Balaclava, Elwood, Ripponlea, St Kilda, Prahran, South Yarra, Windsor Albert Park, Middle Park, Port Melbourne, and South Melbourne.
Our Personal Care Workers provide assistance to our clients, ensuring they are supported with services and activities that are centered around their wellbeing, independence, interests and choices. These include:
- Domestic Assistance
- Assistance to continue to live well and positively (e.g. transport to appointments, help at home)
- Linen service
- Engaging in social activities
As a Personal Care Worker with Bolton Clarke, you’ll enjoy:

- $15,900 Salary packaging + $2,650 meal & entertainment allowance
- Reimbursement of $0.85per per km you travel when using your own vehicle

To be successful, you will have:
- Experiencein Aged Care or similar field i.e. Cleaning/ Housekeeping
- Availability to work various shifts across various days
- Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
- Police Check (valid within the last 3 years or willingness to obtain)
- Own vehicle and drivers licence
- Evidence of two COVID-19 vaccinations
- Flu Vaccination (or willingness to obtain)
