What does the job look like?

Linfox’s BevChain business unit is currently seeking a Casual MC driver with B-Double experience to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely transporting alcoholic beverages from our Distribution Centre located in Auburn NSW to Newcastle NSW. As part of your duties, you will be required to deliver the products in an automatic brand-new Volvo truck, Working Sunday to Wednesday with ability to do more hours, commencing at 19:30. Key areas:

  • Always Driving the commitment to Linfox Safety Standards
  • Ensuring that Vision Zero is a daily focus
  • Complying with the Linfox coupling & uncoupling procedures
  • Loading and unloading of trailers 
  • Providing excellent customer service and representing Linfox in a professional manner
  • Good knowledge of Chain of Responsibility and road transport legislation

  • Current and valid MC license & history of safe work practices
  • Previous experience with coupling and uncoupling is highly regarded
