If so, we invite you to apply for the position of Service Coordinator at A&L QLD's Stapylton site.

 

As a valued team member, you will work as part of a team to provide an exceptional level of service to our customers. This is a varied role but a typical day will involve ensuring accurate and timely processing of all service orders, contacting customers to confirm service jobs over the phone as well as troubleshooting any issues that arise and promptly responding to a high volume of customer emails. This role will also give you exposure to other areas of the business such as customer service and reception therefore you need to be motivated to want to learn to cross train into other functions as back up support.

About you

 

We’re looking to leverage your prior administration experience and customer service skills, along with your excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You will be a committed team player who contributes to a positive work environment, who is pragmatic in your approach to providing quality customer service. You need to be confident on the phone and enjoy being on the phone as you will contact customers to schedule in service jobs as well as answering a high volume of emails. 

 

As well as:

  • confident using MS Excel and Outlook, and able to quickly gain competency with in-house systems and processes
  • flexibility and willingness to support others
  • dependable, punctual and able to commit to Monday - Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm
