About the Role

A rare opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and experienced individual to join the City as our Senior Building Surveyor.

As a valued member of the Strategy and Development Directorate, the key focus of the role is to contribute to the delivery of the Teams core services including processing of building applications, providing expert technical advice, assisting with the supervision of team members and the development, maintenance and review of processes and procedures. The role also works closely with other business units in the City including Health Services, Planning Services, Development Compliance and Engineering, to deliver great outcomes for the Vincent community.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a candidate with qualifications in Building Surveying and registration as a Level 2 Building Surveyor with the Department of Energy, Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety (Level 1 is highly desirable).
