Job Description: As an Environmental Engineer at the company, you will play a pivotal role in upholding our commitment to sustainable practices and environmental stewardship across all facets of our operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure all construction activities comply with local environmental regulations and standards.
  • Impact Assessment: Conduct comprehensive environmental impact assessments for proposed projects to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Design and oversee the management of waste treatment systems, evaluating and selecting appropriate methods to ensure safety and compliance with environmental standards.
  • Assess and predict potential long-term environmental impacts of projects, and develop strategies and measures for long-term environmental management and mitigation.
  • Develop and implement strategies to minimize the environmental footprint of construction projects, including waste management and resource efficiency.
  • Collaborate with clients, regulatory authorities, and community stakeholders to address environmental concerns and foster positive relationships.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams regarding environmental best practices and compliance requirements.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to environmental management systems to enhance sustainability performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering or related field.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in environmental management within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and permitting processes.
  • Proficiency in environmental impact assessment methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and innovation.
