·$50 base pay starting rate with the opportunity to earn more through our annual performance cycle, Maintenance fitter circular and agreed overtime
·15% Afternoon shift loading
·Rotating Shifts upon entry to the role with the ability to apply for flexible work/ fixed shifts after 12 months with us
·Overtime calculated daily after working 7.6 hours
·Airconditioned workshop
·Clean and safe working environment
·$10 million in recent upgrades to our manufacturing facility

$2,000 new starter stay bonus to successful candidates (half paid at 6 months and the remainder paid when you reach one year with us).
Main Duties
·In line with your trade qualifications, you will undertake maintenance duties on plant and equipment to optimise operational efficiency of the site.
·Undertake plant and equipment breakdown fault finding and repairs in all areas of the site
·Provide preventative maintenance to all areas of the site
·Contribute to the decision-making process for all Continuous Process Improvement teams
·Ensure that accurate Maintenance records are completed for activities
Responsibilities
·Ensure all work is carried out in a professional manner to the highest standard
·Follow and apply company policies and objectives, SOPs, GMP and health and safety requirements whilst completing duties
·Champion safety across the site, identify hazards and provide engineering solutions where required
About You
·Ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical issues quickly and efficiently.
·Precision in work to ensure machinery is maintained to the highest standards.
·Ability to spot small issues before they turn into larger problems.
·Strong collaboration with other maintenance staff, engineers, and production teams.
·Ability to prioritise tasks to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks with minimal disruption to production.
·A commitment to adhering to safety protocols and ensuring the work environment is hazard-free.
·Ability to train and mentor others on safety procedures.
·Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and manuals.
·Knowledge of the latest technology and best practices in maintenance and mechanical repairs.
·A proactive approach to maintaining equipment before issues arise to avoid costly downtime.
·The ability to maintain good client relations and service efficiency
