Job Description

Senior Cost Manager undertaking pre and post contract client facing duties for our RE and infrastructure projects typically both in T&T office and in a client offices. Experience with cost planning, cost reporting, procurement, contract and commercial management.

  • Commission management experience
  • Pre-contract cost management experience
  • Post-contract cost management experience
  • Tender analysis experience
  • Procurement and contract advisory experience
  • Commercial reporting experience
  • Variation assessment experience
  • Team training and best practice

Qualifications

  • RICS, AIQS with Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or Engineering degree
