The Role:

Are you looking to bring your Contracts Specialist expertise to a global company and work on programs that make real difference?

We are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Contracts Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a sharp attention to detail and a solid grasp of contract management. You will handle comprehensive support and guidance, including drafting, negotiating, and managing contracts.

Based in Williamtown Technology Place, you will assist in the management of contracts delivering advanced technology and engage in relationship management with local and global stakeholders.

About you:

- Experience with commercial contracting and/or subcontracting is required, with experience managing contracts delivering technical services and capability within a project environment preferred.

- Knowledge of fundamental contracting principles and the application of appropriate techniques.

- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are essential for thriving in a collaborative and positive team environment.

- Defence experience, desirable however not essential.

- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline (Law, Business) from a recognized institution highly desirable.
