Join our Fun and Friendly Team as a Receptionist on a Full-Time or Part-Time basis 

Dr Chau Dental has reputable and patient-centred practices located in Rosny Park and Hobart. Our commitment to providing excellent dental care and outstanding customer service to our cherished patients is our hallmark. The Role

As our Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors. The role will be split across the Rosny Park and Hobart practices.   

Your friendly and professional demeanour will be crucial in creating a positive first impression and fostering a comfortable atmosphere within the practice.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Managing phone calls.
• Scheduling appointments.
• Greeting patients.
• Handling administrative tasks.
• Supporting our dental team in ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic.

You

• Prior experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential to interact effectively with patients and team members.
• Demonstrate a strong sense of professionalism by consistently exuding a friendly and courteous attitude, even in the midst of busy periods.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritise effectively, and maintain attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using basic computer software such as MS Office and the ability to learn new software systems.
• Exhibit a compassionate and understanding approach towards patients, making them feel at ease.
