Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, and organize advertising policies and campaigns to support member subscription objectives.
  • Advise executives and clients on advertising strategies to reach target markets, create consumer awareness, and effectively promote the attributes of goods and services.
  • Coordinate the production of advertising campaigns involving artwork, copywriting, media scripting, TV and film production, and media placement, within time and budget constraints.
  • Analyze data on consumer patterns and preferences.
  • Interpret and predict current and future consumer trends.
  • Research potential demand and market characteristics for new goods and services, and collect and analyze data and other statistical information.
  • Support business growth and development through marketing objectives, policies, and programs.
  • Commission and undertake market research to identify opportunities for new and existing goods and services.
  • Advise on all elements of marketing such as product mix, pricing, advertising and sales promotion, selling, and distribution channels.
  • Develop and implement membership promotion strategies to drive membership growth and retention.
  • Leverage online marketing techniques to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in a marketing role, preferably within the fitness or wellness industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content creation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with market research and data analysis.
  • Understanding of international marketing strategies and cultural nuances.
  • Demonstrated experience in membership promotion and online marketing.
