ABOUT THE ROLES

We are looking for driven and motivated individuals to join our Distribution Centre as Holiday Casual DC Team Members during our busiest time of the year We have a wide range of warehouse roles available over the next couple of months within our DC Team. Within all roles, you will support your team and other functions to deliver smooth operations by using correct systems, equipment and Safe Operating Procedures, as well as performing other operational tasks as required. Our team members may work across a variety of departments depending upon the needs of the day. This is a great way for our team to build their skills across different parts of the warehouse ensuring you’re always being developed at Cotton On. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Demonstrate reliability, efficiency and attention to detail - we hire for will and train to upskill
  • Previous picking/packing experience in a warehouse environment would be beneficial
  • Previous RF-scanning/voice picking experience would be highly regarded but not essential 
  • Capability to safely perform repetitive tasks including repetitive lifting of weights up to 14kg
  • Capability to safely walk approximately 8km per shift
  • You need to be at least 18 years old to be considered for these roles
     

AVAILABILITY

  • These casual positions requires availability Monday-Friday, with the potential of working weekends
  • These roles are within our Night Shift, 11pm-7am availability is crucial
