Perpetual Group is an ASX-listed company (ASX:PPT) headquartered in Sydney, Australia, currently consisting of 11 leading brands across three distinct businesses: Asset Management, Wealth Management and Corporate Trust.
Following the completion of a comprehensive Strategic Review in May 2024, it was announced that Perpetual Limited will become a standalone Asset Management business and has entered into an agreement with an affiliate of Kohlberg Kravis Roberts (KKR) who will acquire the Corporate Trust and Wealth Management businesses.
An exciting opportunity to be part ofPerpetual Wealth Management in the role of Property Manager.
In this role you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of property assets to a high and professional standard, delivering superior client service and expert property advice, ensuring all trustee obligations and operational activities are met in a timely manner and in compliance with legislation and Perpetual policies.
The wealth management business consists of three distinct brands in addition to Perpetual Private – Fordham, Jacaranda financial planning and Priority Life – offering a unique mix of wealth management, advice and trustee services.With a diverse range of capabilities including strategic advice on superannuation and retirement planning, general investment, asset protection, insurance, tax management, estate planning, aged care, social security, succession planning and philanthropy. Our clients include individuals, families, businesses, not-for-profit organisations and Indigenous communities throughout Australia.
About the role
Join our dynamic team at Perpetual Wealth Management As a Property Manager you will:
- Manage a portfolio of properties to a high and professional standard.
- Provide expert property advice and deliver solutions.
- Arrange and manage preventative and reactive maintenance requirements via outsourced service providers.
- Manage property compliance programs of portfolio.
- Manage build/construction/renovation works for portfolio through internal and external service providers.
- Provide superior client service.
About you
We’re looking for someone with:
- Relevant tertiary or industry qualifications (Property or Real Estate)
- Minium of 5 years’ working experience in Property
- Working knowledge of property assets and industry across all asset classes
- Strong relationship management, communication skills, both written and oral
- Strong attention to detail and compliance
