Our Adelaide sales team are seeking dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager keen to hunt out new business opportunities and markets. We are looking for a talented individual who thrives on building relationships and driving business growth in diverse markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, target, and acquire new key accounts, expanding Cleanaway's presence in various sectors. Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue. Monitor market trends and competitors to make informed recommendations and adjustments. Provide regular reporting and analysis on account performance, sales, and market trends. Prepare and submit tenders, manage contract renewals, and negotiate with key clients. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Prepare sales presentations and reports on account status, revenue, and growth opportunities.About You:
Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within waste management, environmental services, or facilities management. Ability to respond to tender proposals and manage pricing in collaboration with Cleanaway teams. Drive to enhance revenue, margins, and operating profit to meet short-term and long-term goals. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines. Professionalism and proactive approach to driving business outcomes.Why Cleanaway:
