Consultant = Engineer (or recent Graduate)Senior Consultant = Senior Engineer (or Engineer with experience and ready for the next step)Manager = a mid-career professional who can mentor juniors, guide parts of a project and has the experience to self-manage their own deliverables.Associate Director = senior Engineers and professionals who are specialising in a skill/sector and/or a strong people and project leaders with capability across many areas.
