About us
We are a training provider that brings together experts in their fields to deliver crucial training in the most engaging and effective way possible.
Just over 10 years ago our two founders, Ben and Motti, noticed a fundamental problem in the way a lot of important training was being delivered and were worried that people were leaving courses without the confidence and skills to deal with situations in the real world. So they established Real Response with the mission to empower all students with the vital skills needed to navigate their way through critical situations.
From our 2 founders starting the business in Melbourne, we’ve grown into a team of 50+ people spread around Australia who are all passionately driven by a common purpose to empower people to be able to help others.
Today our incredible team facilitates courses in first aid, fire, evacuation, mental health, tactical medicine and security. We work with clients like Qantas, DFAT, Metro Trains, University of Melbourne and lots more. We also have a team of gaming developers in Melbourne building cutting edge training solutions using virtual reality and other technologies.
Real Response is an Australian training company with a global footprint. Founded with a mission to ‘Empower people with vital skills to navigate critical situations’, Real Response meets this mission through the use of simulation both live and synthetic. Since its inception in 2014 Real Response has trained over 20,000 students annually across Australasia, Asia and the Middle East & transformed the way first aid is taught both domestically & internationally, by immersing participants in simulated medical emergencies, much like elite medical teams, military and police forces are trained. Their clients include some of the most high risk organisations within government, heavy industry, manufacturing and transportation. As a result of our training methodology, Real Response has been entrusted by numerous high risk organisations around Australia & the globe to deliver first aid training for their staff. Real Response has transformed the way safety courses are taught by immersing participants in simulated emergencies, much like elite medical teams, military and police forces are trained. Real Response believes that training is not just a compliance exercise, and tailor their approach for organisations so that the impact of the training is strengthened, replacing the standard off the shelf service which is generally provided.
