Role Overview:

As an ICT Business Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting our business and technology teams by analyzing processes, identifying improvements, and facilitating technology-driven solutions that optimize operations. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and a background in ICT who is ready to make a difference in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support for system implementations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Developing project plans, estimating costs, allocating resources, and overseeing project execution using project management methodologies and techniques.
  • Taking responsibility for deploying effective solutions, including creating, adopting, and implementing system test plans to ensure quality and integrity.
  • Identifying and evaluating inefficiencies, recommending optimal business practices, system functionalities, and behavioral improvements.
  • Assessing, investigating, and analyzing current business processes, procedures, and work practices.
  • Preparing user guides, developing training documentation, and conducting formal training sessions for users.
  • Serving as a central reference and information source, providing guidance and support throughout the system project decision-making process.
  • Using data and process modeling techniques to produce clear system specifications for software design and development.
  • Creating functional specifications for developers to build and enhance systems effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements to identify new opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or ICT professional; experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, process mapping, and requirements gathering.
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools, ERP systems, and project management software (e.g., JIRA, MS Project).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and an organized approach to work.

Full- time position

Salary range between $65,000 to $75,000 (based on experience)
