The Position
A Clinical Haematologist Consultant for an enthusiastic, dedicated, and motivated professional to join a friendly team, responsible for providing exceptional, patient-centered, and evidence-based care services. Onsite clinics with access to acute medical ward and ICU support are available. The haematology service collaborates with metropolitan service for tumour stream MDM and has the potential to expand the local clinical trials unit.

The Hospital
The hospital is a leading Regional Public Health Service in the Hume Region of Victoria and a pioneer in healthcare delivery. It is the primary acute referral hospital for the sub-region, with the main campus located in a great location. Pathology services are partnered with Melbourne's Austin Hospital, while medical imaging services are available 24/7 onsite.

Location
The location is perfect for those who appreciate mild weather, abundant water, and sandy soils, which have enabled the region to produce award-winning wines since the 1860s. The area is home to numerous vineyards, orchards that grow apples, pears, peaches, and other stone fruits. Requirements
  • Possess specialist registration (FRACP- Haematology) or Eligible within the next 6 months.
  • Be a Specialist International Medical Graduate looking to be assessed/ deemed Substantially Comparable by the college.
