About The Role

As our next Mobile Maintenance High Risk Trainer you will work collaboratively towards delivering high-quality solutions and results.

This position is based at Iron Bridge, located 145km from Port Hedland on an 8/6 roster FIFO from Perth.

In this role, you will; 

Liaise with Supervisors and Superintendents regarding training scheduling on a daily basis Communicate training feedback to site personnel Verification of competence for high risk tickets Follow and adhere to the Authority to Operate / Maintain and VOC processes Review procedures and processes that improve performance, job satisfaction and productivity Utilising and generating reports from our training database. Ensuring compliance with safety standards as it relates to mining (or other applicable work areas) are reflected in training objectives. Conduct or facilitate safety educational programs relevant to mining and other applicable work areas on-site. Identify training needs as it relates to mining and other applicable work areas on-site. Conduct, monitor and coordinate training assessments as required. Keep accurate records of training activities in prescribed manner. Attend own training and development programs as directed.

About You

Certificate IV Training and Assessment Australian Drivers Licence Working at Heights and Confine Space Tickets Forklift High Risk Elevated Work Platform High Risk Franna Crane High Risk Vehicle Loading Crane ticket Dogging/Rigging High Risk Demonstrated experience in open pit mining maintenance operations Intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
