The Business:
The firm are an exciting Mid Tier with offices in Parramatta NSW and other states across Australia. They specialise in commercial, insurance, employment, and Family and have an exciting range of public and private clients.
About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious and driven Family Lawyer who is looking to develop into a more senior role within a mid tier firm.
The office is based in Parramatta and offers a flexible hybrid approach to work.
The team specialise in all aspects of family law and particularly more complex law matters and are a busy thriving team.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Manage complex, and in depth family law cases
- Engage in court hearings, mediations and settlements.
- Maintain a high level of legislative knowledge
- Be involved in mentoring programs and work as part of a collaborative team.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Current NSW Practising Certificate with a minimum of 8 years PAE, ideally in Family Law
- Have an interest in becoming accredited or already have an accreditation
- Provide a high level of client service and enjoy being part of a thriving team.
- Be an organised, inquisitive individual who enjoys being busy and can multitask
